Post kali ni sebenarnya wanie dah berkira-kira lama nak taip, tapi selalu post guna phone, kali ni guna laptop macam ok sikit lah kan...
If you guys still remember some of my post where I kept saying that I am busy with my "huge project" (kind of - and...... ada followers ke of this blog? hahahahaha ) sebenarnya, my huge project-lah-sangat tu is about dealing with my first ever asset in my life! Yes, its a big accomplishment in my life because one of my dream is owning a property before I reached 30 and still single! Yerp! I am halfway there!
Its all begin when I'm drove out from the office and saw a banner - affordable house in Cyberjaya - Masreca 19! My eyesight gazed at the price "RM 200k ++" .... ok, 200k in Cyberjaya... well, its a good number there.. it is a project under Sterling Prima - anak syarikat Emkay. Ok, 1 point there, reliable developer! After Googling on the next day about this project, lah..... showroom dekat jer dengan office... like 5km macam tu dari HP. On the same day, lepas working hour, terus ke showroom situ.
Unfortunately I was told that 200k apartment unit price has sold out, yang tinggal only 280k unit... agak disappointed time tu, tapi ok... still below my budget 300k .... I still consider ok sebab still dalam Cyberjaya - a place where no massive traffics (I've lived in KL for more than 5 years and I'm already sick of the jams), near my workplace, my partner's office as well - which its easier and thank God, we've working within same radius! Ok lets get back about my main point of this post..
To own this property, you must get an approval from govt state - LPHS (Lembaga Perumahan Hartanah Selangor). It tooks me about 5 month to settle due to some unfortunate circumstances but finally, i got the approval! Syukur.... instead of this approval, for you yang bukan anak Selangor but already stayed in Selangor for more than 3 or 5 years (couldn't remember) you must get a letter from commissioner of Oath stating that you still single and stayed in Selangor for years. Mula-mula seriously, macam nak give up sebab lama sangat menunggu approval dari LPHS tu, dengan pesuruhjaya sumpah lagi (wanie siap balik jumpa pesuruhjaya di Changloon, Kedah - sebab itu yang paling senang sebab my mom yang bawa pergi jumpa... )
Everything is prepared! So, pergi ke Sterling Prima, bawa 3k as a deposit, gave them the documents, the money and have to ballot on the spot! Yes, you cannot choose or decide which level that you want to stay - so better buat solat hajat dulu semoga dapat level that you wished for! Hehehehe.. and alhamdulillah, dengan lafaz bismillah, dapat rumah level 3. Syukur, sebab taknak rumah terlalu tinggi (takut lif rosak) or terlalu rendah. Eh oh ya, kalau sape nak corner unit yang tu boleh request tapi harga lain, 285k .... additional window je lah. Takpelah... doesn't matter.
Ok, lepas dah settle 3k tu, kita kena contact bank mana yang nak approve loan. My personal experience, I took Maybank. I proposed few bank sebelum ni, tapi memandangkan I never commit any loan such as personal loan or car loans, or credit cards, seriously banyak songeh! Plus, macam tak berapa nak yakin sebab time tu tak cukup setahun kerja lagi (ala... dalam 1 or 2 month macam tu je lagi nak cukup setahun), siap cakap lagi diorang nak kena check dengan HR bla bla bla... finally, I've been proposed by Maybank. Very easy, they called me 2 times... yes, diorang pun macam ada doubt juga why I never make any loans, and simple answer I gave them... fresh graduates! Then, En Azmi, the bank officer met me in mamak je, with the documents, sign itu ini... settle!
Process untuk paid the balance of 10% deposit (25k) pun dah settle.. tunggu rumah siap and tunggu je lah nanti nak kena bayar for progressive rate.
Sekarang ni, memang apa pun kena berkira-kira. Nak shopping ke, nak itu ini ke... semua dah kena start saving dah. And oh ya, rumah ni dijangka siap Q3 2017... dalam September to December 2017 macam tu...
